Our Family
1999 our family traveled to the US from the Valley of Christians, Marmarita, Syria. After arriving to the US and becoming citizens of this great country, we felt the desire to share our recipes of our home land. And that is how Elham’s Restaurant was born.
The matriarch of the Saada family is also the namesake of our restaurant. Established in 2006. Through dedication, commitment & countless hours of work, by our mother, father, Daughter & son has grown Elham’s Restaurant to what it is today.

Her passion for cooking and kind heart shine through in every dish. We are family-owned and operated, dedicated to serving our customers the highest quality foods and ingredients. Our goal is to provide healthy meals at reasonable prices, and everything is made to order fresh.
Wajeb (Our Dad) Aka "Sleepy Dad"
Elham is known for the best lamb kebabs and chicken kabobs in the tri-state area, along with many vegetarian options, small bites, and combination platters. Our fresh bread, made daily, is truly something special. If you've had Middle Eastern food but haven't visited Elham, you haven't truly experienced it yet. Abdou (son)
Abdou has been with us since before our doors ever opened and is truly the face of our entire operation. Known as “Mr. Fix Everything,” he brings solutions, positivity, and a constant smile to every situation. He has a genuine love for people and treats everyone like family. Building relationships is who he is. His role at Elham’s cannot be defined by a title; he wears many hats and helps shape the heart and spirit of our business every single day.
Razan (daughter)
Razan is the love and support of Elham’s, our mom’s right hand, and the heart behind so much of what happens here. As our second best chef and the undisputed Kibbi master, she brings skill, care, and consistency to every dish. She works quietly and powerfully behind the scenes, lifting everyone around her. Her dedication, warmth, and creativity touch every corner of Elham’s, and we are endlessly grateful for all she does each and every single day always.
